en guard

I've been thinking about being a guard dog. I want to be there for Davey and Emel since they're always there for me.
How will I do this? Well... I can hear someone at the door before anyone else. Then I plan to attack them with kisses and cover them with slobber. I will distract them with an unbelievably fast wagging tail, and follow them around with deep, probing eyes. I'll simply overwhelm them with cuteness!
Yeah, I can be a guard dog. I already do this to everyone I meet!

family and the future me

Davey's family joined us on our walk today. There were so many people in the ravine today. I don't mind. That means I got to see lots of dogs too!
I met a dog that looked similar to me (she smelled different of course though). She was 10 months old, so that's going to be about how big I'll be in half a year. I have lots of growing up to do!

minus twenty

Wow. I had to wear both my sweater and Leafs jersey today because of the cold. Nothing will stop us from our tradition of daily walks in the ravine! But I wonder if they make doggy toques...

smile :)

I was born with a sad puppy face.
But that doesn't mean I'm not happy. I don't smile with my mouth. Instead, I smile by wagging my tail. I smile when I look at you with bright eyes, my head tilted to one side. I smile by running to you when you call me. I smile by sitting at your feet. I am smiling when I snuggle up on your lap, bury my face in your arm and let out a deep, satisfied sigh.

snow and hot cocoa

I went toboganning with my cousin Adriana. She's fun. She's little like me. I thought it was more fun running up and down that hill.
We went to McD's after, but I'm allergic to hot chocolate. That makes me sad because it smells so delicious. But at least I was allowed to stay there. Davey asked the manager and I looked at her with my sad puppy eyes and we got to stay. (Doesn't seem fair that human babies can stay without asking even though they're sometimes louder and stinkier than puppies!)
Anyway it was still a fun day. Oh and sorry Adriana for popping the ball at your house.

#bestbuds

I just saw this year's Budweiser Superbowl ad. And it looks like so much fun to be on TV!! Actually, the puppies from last year's ad looks exactly like me and my brothers and sisters.

I would love to meet a horsey. Can I please be picked for Superbowl 2016?
