maple adventures

Davey, Emel, and I (the Brillo trio!) went to a maple farm this weekend. It was awesome! I got to play in the forest, explore the riverside, climb on big sticks (my favourite outside toy) and under stick houses, and even meet ponies, goats, and llamas. (The goat was a bit grumpy and kept running at me from the other side of the fence!)

Oh yeah, and there were lots of maple trees! I chewed lots of maple tree sticks.

I came home today after playing at the dog park. (Have you noticed that there are a lot more dogs now that it's not so cold and snowy outside?) 

Anyhow... I walked in the door and then I felt something in my mouth. I was surprised because usually when I have something weird in my mouth, it's because I found something outside (like Styrofoam, pink bubble gum, a Tim Horton's cup, or even a squirrel the other day) and Davey or Emel tells me to "drop it".

But this time, the interesting thing came from INSIDE my mouth. It was my first puppy tooth that fell out!! It felt good! It's called teething and I hear it happens to puppies starting around 6 months, like me! So this is normal. But now I have this really strong urge to chew on something........

graduation

I graduated from Puppy Kindergarten today! Besides finally being able to play with other dogs my age, the best part about the class was that everyone had treats in their pockets and I got one for nearly everything I did.

I would like to thank my teachers, and all the puppies that I got to play with at Pawsway. I especially want to say thank you for Davey and Emel for bringing me to such a fun place.

And I want to thank... HEY!! they spelt my name wrong!!

So it's true. Glasses actually do make you look older and/or more intelligent.

I met a friend at church today. She was my size!! I liked walking with her because when I went through the chairs or under a table, she followed me through the chairs or under the table!

birthday balloon

Today was Davey's birthday. Emel gave me a balloon and it was so much fun. But then she told me to give it to Davey for his birthday. So I did. But all they did was smile and take pictures. And then Davey gave it back to me. Why didn't they just give the balloon to me in the first place?

People are strange sometimes, but if that means I can keep playing with this blue ribbon attached to this blue balloon, I don't mind!
