Cars. They are great inventions. They transport you from home to the dog park to church to the beach to my extended family's house to that other park in the time of a short nap. I used to jump up and look out the back then the front and then the side windows and then try to crawl to the front but I've learned some secrets to figuring out where we're going without all that fuss. The open and close trunk usually means baseball. A small packed bag if toys means going to Adriana or Lola's house. Parked and noisy means shopping time. And reversing up a sloped driveway means we're home!
So I know I'm not the easiest pup to transport in a car - I'm shedding both my puppy and winter coat and I know I bark when you leave me alone for even 2 minutes in the car (it usually takes me 2 minutes to remember that you always come back for me) - but let me assure you that wherever you take me, I'm more than excited to go!!
