My name is Brillo.
Davey and Emel chose this name for me because of their
experience in Guatemala. They helped at a school and built some houses there.
The purpose was to be the salt and light of the world. We should shine. Brillo
means “bright.” That’s me!
But some people say my name wrong. You’re supposed to say it
like “brio” – which actually means lively in Italian, and I think that’s me
too! Try to learn to say my name. I have to learn all your human words like
sit, leave it, and potty. So I think you should at least try to learn just one
Spanish word for my sake – Brillo.
